Meidän seutukuntamme



Viiskunta 11.4.2019
 
Elinvoimainen seutukunta muodostuu käytännössä kahdesta asiasta: työpaikoista ja palveluista. Pienet- ja keskisuuret yritykset ovat työllisyyden elinehto. Palveluiden keskiön muodostavat koulutus ja terveydenhuolto.
 
Suurissa kysymyksissä olemme osanneet puhaltaa yhteen hiileen. Suurin yhteinen ponnistuksemme on yhdessä tuotetut terveydenhuollon palvelut. Vahvaa yhteistyötä alueellamme tehdään myös muun muassa maaseutupalveluissa ja matkailussa.
 
Ollaksemme vetovoimainen paikka asumiseen, tarvitsemme lisää työpaikkoja. Vain niiden kautta voimme houkutella meille uusia asukkaita. Sen vuoksi valtakunnan päätösten on oltava yrittäjämyönteisiä, investointeihin ja työllistämiseen kannustavia.
 
Haapamäen radan kehittyminen ja junavuorojen lisääminen mahdollistaa työssäkäymisen myös maakuntakeskuksessa. On tärkeää, että meillä on edellytyksiä perheen molemmille puoliskoille.
 
Laadukas varhaiskasvatus, vahva perusopetus, ammatillinen koulutus ja lukio tuovat turvaa perheille. Ne pysyvät ja kehittyvät, kun perheet kokevat ne houkutteleviksi.
 
Luotetaan jatkossakin omiin vahvuuksiimme. Puu- ja metalliosaamiseen, kauppaan, matkailuun, urheiluun, koulutukseen ja kulttuuriin.
 
Meidän seutukuntamme pärjää aina, kun puhallamme yhteen hiileen.
